Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Drywall Repair, Door Repair, Electrical Repair, Airbnb Cleaning, House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning provided by Cascade Property Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://cascadepropertyservicesellensburg.com is the property of Cascade Property Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WA.
